Had to bring my F150 in for a noise from motor. They were short staffed Yet handle the issue and repaired it. We are VERY PLEASED with the service.

My service guy Todd was very professional and was right on top of things. When I received my car back and an issue came up causing my driver's side window to fall. Todd had my car picked up from my job and had it repaired and returned to me.

Nate was EXCELLENT!! I can’t rave enough about him and how he treated me on my first visit and helped me understand some things about my new to me F150. The only reason this does not get five stars is because at the very end I was told three different prices not by Nate but by another person to the point where they had to get clarification from another person that really didn’t provide any light on the situation. Because once I paid the adjusted amount at the shop, the app showed the original amount that was first told me two separate times. Not a huge deal as it was only a difference of 60 bucks and the work needed to get done either way. Just awkward first impression of the billing systems. Outside of that, the visit was excellent.

Eric was very helpful and the purchasing experience was incredibly smooth. There were a handful of small issues, however. My certified pre-owned vehicle was supposed to have 2 keys, and the dealership could not locate the other key. I still have not heard back from the dealership regarding this. Also, the combination for the door code was lost as well. Again, I have not heard back
