Outstanding sales for the new car and service for the trade in.

I am satisfied, but I have been there twice and I’ve been turned away after being told this would get fixed. I will be back a 3rd time this Monday. I was told I will be given a rental while my truck gets fixed.

The repair shop has done their best to troubleshoot my transmission problem and get the right materials ordered for repair. Given the lengthy timeline, they have provided a car rental which is greatly appreciated. They continue to reach out with any updates or just to share there’s nothing further yet. After an initial repair that did not resolve the problem, the dealer has exceeded expectations in trying to resolve this and get my car back in working order.
