I went in Saturday morning for an oil change. It all went smoothly. The customer service manager came by twice and checked with me. He (Mark Dennis) is the best in the business that I have ever met. I was in and out very quickly.

First time purchasing a Ford Explorer from Carmax and it had a recall on it. Staff was friendly and I was pleased with the service

Service department does an excellent job if you can get a hold of them. Telephone systems are not reliable. However if you book online you can communicate with the service advisor via email since telephones don’t get answered at Coggin Ford service.

My experience was good, Mr. Kendall Thomson always treats me like a person, not just a number. He keeps me informed through the process of the service and if there are any potential problems.
