Normally I give my service experience a five star rating. However, this time it fell just a little short. Normally I get a text indicating that my vehicle has an issue that needs attention in addition to the service I originally brought it in for. When I picked it up I wasn't informed there were any issues. It wasn't until after I read over the status report that I discovered that the sway bar links needed attention. Now I will have to make another service appointment to get the issue taken care of. Would have been much more convenient if I was informed while it was already there so it could be attended to.
