Brenden Roblido was fantastic to work with on purchasing the Explorer ST. He went above and beyond explaining how everything works on the vehicle. Mike Brown in Finance was also a true pleasure to work with. He to was just very personable and up front with everything. Initially went in for service check however, I searched the car lot and found an awesome possible trade-in. Took a chance and approved for an upgrade 2020 Ford Escape. And it was my birthday!! My sales rep. Mr. Kevin White was extremely knowledgeable and knew the merchandise. He was professional and very kind. Offered me his jacket because it was extremely chilly, windy and raining the day I visited Coggin. The entire staff was simply divine!!
