Normally I give my service experience a five star rating. However, this time it fell just a little short. Normally I get a text indicating that my vehicle has an issue that needs attention in addition to the service I originally brought it in for. When I picked it up I wasn't informed there were any issues. It wasn't until after I read over the status report that I discovered that the sway bar links needed attention. Now I will have to make another service appointment to get the issue taken care of. Would have been much more convenient if I was informed while it was already there so it could be attended to.

We had a really good experience with the Coggin Ford team. Tommy, and Zach were great to work with, and are still working hard to get everything on my used F250 Platinum up to 100%. Thanks Coggin Ford.

I was told it would take about an hour and a half. Called me said complete in 55 minutes awesome
