No complaints..

Initially went in for service check however, I searched the car lot and found an awesome possible trade-in. Took a chance and approved for an upgrade 2020 Ford Escape. And it was my birthday!! My sales rep. Mr. Kevin White was extremely knowledgeable and knew the merchandise. He was professional and very kind. Offered me his jacket because it was extremely chilly, windy and raining the day I visited Coggin. The entire staff was simply divine!!

Mark in sales was great. Experience took way too long. Was in finance with Darleen(?) for over an hour while she tried to pressure me into unwanted warranties. She made me so uncomfortable I almost left the dealership altogether.

Overall, decent service. Brought Truck in for recalls, check engine light, and so far check engine light has stayed off. Windshield was supposed to be replaced but it never got done. I dropped of the truck and requested waiting for it, but was told immediately after arriving that wasn't an option, so I wish I would have been told that it was going to take longer. As it happens I had to leave the area for a week and only upon my arrival back was the recalls done. It took days for it to even get looked at according to the tracking and messages to the techs. Windshield still not done, but I had to pick up my truck, so I'm still trying to work out when I'll be able to get that done. Nick was helpful, got me a ride to Coggin from airport and tried to keep me informed. My suggestion would be to do a better job of scheduling so that when a customer comes in, you actually work on their vehicle that day. Why set up appointments if the customer's vehicle isn't looked at for days?

Drop off was fast, was asked if I was gonna wait which was surprising but said to call when completed. Revived a call about 90 minutes after drop off that vehicle was ready for pick up.

Service was done in a timely manner. Battery was determined to be going bad, it was replaced under warranty.

Thank you SO much for getting me in that day. I was driving through time and overdue for service. You got me in with short notice and had me back on the road in less time than I expected. Thank you SO much!

Bryan is the absolute best! Someone give that young gentleman a raise!
