About 6 weeks ago we came to Coggin to test drive a Ford Bronco and we met Desmon, our salesman. He was extremely nice, no pressure and very knowledgeable. We tried to workout a deal working with Eric, and just couldn’t make things work out. We were also waiting until we sold our 2006 Mustang GT convertible and our 2005 Silverado. We heard from Desmon several times and told him if we saw something on the lot on the internet we would reach out. We sold both vehicle and going a Black Bronco Outer Banks. We spoke with Desmon and Brandon and were able to work out a deal that pleased us and were could afford and made the purchase. Desmon, Eric, and Brandon made this a great experience and we are very happy customers!!!

Overall, the visit was well. It took nearly 2 days to confirm that my work was covered under my CPO warranty. Request that service managers and tax be more diligent on ensuring that the work is actually covered so that way it doesn’t require to unplanned delays and getting my car back.

We were seeking a particular new 2024 Maverick that was advertised by Coggin Ford online. When we arrived at the scheduled appointment early the next morning we were told the vehicle was already sold. We were disappointed with this response but decided to stay and discuss further options. We did purchase a 2024 Maverick after some negotiations and compromise on the price that wound up to be a about $500 or so, more than the discount offered on the original vehicle we chose. We were satisfied with our purchase even though we were unable to purchase the vehicle of our first choice. Ricardo was our salesman and we would be glad to recommend him to perspective buyers.
