The service was great and my car was taken care of. However, it took a very very long time. When I arrived, I asked how long it would take and the woman said it would take about an hour, so I decided to just stay and wait as opposed to my husband picking me up. However, the service did not take an hour, it took 2.5 hours. This is a very big difference in time and made planning the rest of my day difficult.
