My experience was great , i have become a regular customer of Ford because of their high quality customer service . I observed as i sat and wait it was the same with all customers . Everyone from all department are very curteous and willing to help , no matter how busy they are , if they can't help they refer you to someone who can. My frequent visits helped me build confidence in them . Job well done keep working in a spirit of excellence . Thanks for everything .

Our experience was a 5 star while on the lot. Our sales person was very easy to work with and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. My only negative comment is that during our paperwork process, when we declined the extended warranty, the tone of the finance manager noticeable changed. He became very short with us. So after several hours our experience ended negatively.
