It really was luck that led us to buy the Bronco Sport. It was an awesome expereince making this purchase. The only issue we encountered is somehow a sheet metal screw got in our tire. They took care of it for us. Thank you again

My experience was great , i have become a regular customer of Ford because of their high quality customer service . I observed as i sat and wait it was the same with all customers . Everyone from all department are very curteous and willing to help , no matter how busy they are , if they can't help they refer you to someone who can.
