Service advisor was polite and professional but hesitant to promise that someone could look at the car in a timely manner. They told us that the car did t stored any codes although it shut down while driving. That may be but that leaves us with a lack of confidence in the car.

Very pleased with the service. Fair price, prompt, courteous attention to my needs. But the best part was being pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the car after I got it back. Well detailed.

Todd Howell was my service advisor and did a spectacular job, he took the time to explain my warranty to me, make sure I was getting full benefit of my warranty and answered any and all questions I had. Excellent experience.

The associate who helped me (Justin) was courteous, pleasant and responsive. Service was quick, but they did forgot to fix the very slow leak in one tire. The one thing I didn’t like was the lack of sitting area while waiting to drop off and pick up. I have an invisible medical condition that makes it hard to stand in one place for even a few minutes. When I was sent to Justin’s very small work area, he was busy with something else. I was made to wait by standing in a very small area while he finished his previous task. I should have been ushered to a seating area until he was free. And I don’t know the name of the more mature guy at the front desk, but he didn’t have a very welcoming energy. I felt more of a bother than a valued customer. I will say it was about a million times better than the slimy little creep I got stuck with some years prior at your location.

Experience was good except for the fact that when you make an appointment online it is ONLY to meet with the service person but does not book you time in the shop. I had an 8:00am appt. I drove from GA since I had an appt and assumed that with an appt I would be in and out in about an hour. Due to the backlog in the shop it took about 2 1/2 hours. Just need to be clear on “what” having an appt means. Thanks.

Our 1st time for service at Coggin Ford and it couldn’t have gone any better! Hector was great! He kept us informed thru every step of our repairs and had our explorer back to us in no time. Very easy process!!
