I though that I would get the run around to repair my sunroof but Nick Baxter Service Advisor made me feel at ease . when he arrange the parts to come in then he told me to bring my F250 truck in to the shop then he arrange me a rental ride and told me that the truck will be ready and three day. And the job was done Iam please with his work.

I researched the vehicle I wanted which makes the buying process easier. Brenden was very courteous, patient and nice. It is a really big deal for most people like us to buy vehicles that are getting so expensive. They worked with us on our trade and the price of the truck. I love the truck but it was still very stressful signing all the documents. We arrived about an hour before they closed and were not pressured into hurrying or pushed into anything. Brenden stayed late and helped us make the deal. Overall I am pleased, but please stop pushing the "extended" warranty. We had to turn it down multiple times in the finance room and visibly upset the the guy behind the desk. He stopped being cordial and practically stopped talking to us until it was time for us to get up and leave. Brenden was still nice as we left and I actually picked up the truck the next day as I needed to get some items out of our trade in.

He fit me in the schedule right away, did the job correctly and was completed on time. Nice job. Thanks
