Very nice place to visit and ultimately do business. I started my search on line and was immediately scheduled an appointment. My sales rep, Eric Redding was easy to talk to and work with. And then, unlike other dealerships (of course due to our "trying times") Coggin Ford had what I needed and, upon seeing it, what I wanted. The experience from there was quick and precise. I last bought at this location in 1988 when it was Lynch Davidson Ford and my return is very satisfying.

Nothing but good things to say. Ordered a new car and Kevin and Mark were beyond kind, patient, and helpful. This dealership is not pushy and wants you to feel good about your purchase. Would recommend.

This trip to service was very acceptable. The representative kept in touch with me and the brake problem seems to be resolved. It just took a long time!

The check-in was good. The weight, could have been better. The overall service in value was fair. The only thing was a mechanic forgot to reset the computer on the dashboard like the other mechanic shops in the past
