Have been working with Ken in the Service Department for many years. He is our "go to guy." He goes the extra mile to keep us informed on status of our vehicles. I rate him a 10 on their 5 pt. scale. FYI, if you need routine maintenance like oil change, Coggin does a decent job on turnaround while you wait. If it's a diagnostic issue, plan to leave it for a few days as the service department is always busy at that dealership.

Isaac was originally my advisor and did a horrible job trying g to tell me my car had transmission issues which is a HUGE cost when it was fishing line of all things in the CV. ANYWAY....Ruben took over after I got really mad with Issac. Riben is an ANGEL! He got stuff taken care of the right way He really helped us out!
