Overall good, but was disappointed that the engine could not be checked for AC dye leak from previous visit without sending it over the main shop for a significant amount of time. Simply wanted to know if I then needed to schedule a follow up visit to get it fixed.

Hector Pena went above and beyond is duty to make sure I was taken care of, I had to rent my car from Enterprise for to weeks, I wasn't happy due to Covid out back in service department they were backed up. He went out of his way to make sure I didn't have to pay for any of the rental days, this was a blessing. Because I had a slip and fall at work and been on worker comp with a limited budget. Hector saved my world, and the truck runs awesome again. It was a difficult diagnosis but he stayed with it and make sure I was satisfied with everything. Thank you so very much Hector Pena Ford service super Hero of the year.

I recently came in for an oil change and tire rotation at which time I was told by my service rep, Hector Pena, that I also needed my timing belt changed as well as a tune-up. The tune-up was millage related, however the timing belt was frayed, and needed immediate attention. The oil change was completed in 45 minutes, but I could not spend additional time at the service department due to pending appointments. Hector, knowing that I'm on the road all the time, as I use my car for business, was quick to arrange a follow-up visit the following morning at 7:00 AM. Long story short, Hector made things happen to both meet my needs from a maintenance standpoint and more importantly safety standpoint. He also recommended from a maintenance standpoint that the next time I come by for my oil change and tire rotation that I schedule accordingly to also have the car tuned-up. Hector is very good to work with, and recognizes that from a cost standpoint, service and repairs can be spread out to meet the financial concerns/limitations of the customer. Hector is tremendous to work with and is what I consider a value add to my service experience with Coggin Ford. Simply stated he's the best!
