Hector Pena was my Service advisor and he was VERY pleasant to work with. Made me fill like he wanted to help me with all his ability. I will always ask for Hector on the rest of my services. Was not happy with the outcome from Ford motor company. They were wrong and is going to cause me to take other avenues. THANKS AGAIN TO HECTOR PENA.
