Brought my 2018 Taurus in for "The Works" at 8:00 on a Tuesday. Was helped within 5 minutes after my arrival, they were slammed with cars and trucks. After a review of the work to be performed, I was led to the very spacious waiting area. Within an hour they were finished and I was on my way. They didn't try to sell me cabin filters or other service I didn't need or want. Happy to come back next service interval.

Everyone we worked with was very helpful and considerate of our time limitations and availability in the purchase and pickup process.

Scheduling the service appointment was easy and they were ready when I arrived. The work was performed promptly and my vehicle was ready when promised. The service advisor (Terry Workman) stayed in touch with me during the process and for that I am thankful (BRAVO TERRY!). Another issue developed immediately after the truck was returned to me and Terry is scheduling another appointment to take a look if it is related to the previous work. We shall see if all parties retain my "5 STAR" rating.
