Service department and personnel are second to none...All issues and concerns were promptly addressed.

I recently came in for an oil change and tire rotation at which time I was told by my service rep, Hector Pena, that I also needed my timing belt changed as well as a tune-up. The tune-up was millage related, however the timing belt was frayed, and needed immediate attention. The oil change was completed in 45 minutes, but I could not spend additional time at the service department due to pending appointments. Hector, knowing that I'm on the road all the time, as I use my car for business, was quick to arrange a follow-up visit the following morning at 7:00 AM. Long story short, Hector made things happen to both meet my needs from a maintenance standpoint and more importantly safety standpoint. He also recommended from a maintenance standpoint that the next time I come by for my oil change and tire rotation that I schedule accordingly to also have the car tuned-up. Hector is very good to work with, and recognizes that from a cost standpoint, service and repairs can be spread out to meet the financial concerns/limitations of the customer. Hector is tremendous to work with and is what I consider a value add to my service experience with Coggin Ford. Simply stated he's the best!

Coggin Ford was absolutely excellent with us! I went into the hospital the day after I put our deposit down for our truck for a full two weeks. They did all my paperwork online up to me signing the physical paperwork while I was in the hospital and them bring the truck all the way to me in Tallahassee to the hospital! They were more the accommodating!

Everything went well.
