My wife met with Kevin White to see about a lease on a Ford Explorer. Through out her entire time with him, he was great. Showed her several options, was patient while she contacted me to discuss things and ultimately found a great car for our family. We came in the next day and finalized everything. Kevin was professional and personable the entire time. I cannot stand being "sold" or hassled by people and Kevin was the opposite. Kevin White is why we leased our Ford and he is the only reason we would return to the dealership. The guy who put together the finance paperwork was also great and did not waste time.

Outside of the fact that there was no coffee, the service was perfect!

Trusted service at a reasonable price. Ford puts the recommended parts in, does an inspection, and charges a decent price. Also, the shuttle service through lift was really easy.

What a wonderful staff! Tommy is one of the best "sales" person I have ever met. I say "sales" because I did not feel like I was talking to somebody who was only trying to sell me a car. Tommy made sure I was looking at the right vehicles for my needs and my budget. No high pressure sales tactics, no industry lingo to confuse me into buying a car I didn't want, and most importantly he made me feel comfortable when talking to the finance department and the managers to get me the deal I needed. Can we also talk about how lovely the finance department is??? My goodness, they worked their butts off to make sure everything was right, including staying until 9:45PM to get my loan closed!!!
