What a great ambassador for customer loyalty you have. Things did not go smooth, but Hector took control and made things right. Ford has a great product - it sells itself. But the dealership has to put the right people in place to be successful and lucrative, and enable them to achieve solutions. Service is where you make your money. Hector is an excellent business and customer service person. He sees the big picture and his efforts were not only appreciated, but admired.
