Made my appointment on line for the first service on my 2021 Ford Explorer. This also was my first meeting with Coggin Ford Service dept. Total arrival to departure was 2 hours. Waiting area is comfortable.. Suggestion - Not sure if things like window washer fluid was topped off ? That would be a nice gesture if not done. Also a vacuum of the inside flooring would be a nice added touch. John Otterson

My car salesman (Mitchell) went above and beyond all my local dealers in south Ga and tracked down the F150 I was looking for. He put in the extra leg work. My only negative comment would be that I had 2 credit inquiries-PNC and Coggin’s Ford. Is that necessary? Also, I have stellar credit and I was rejected by Coggin’s and accepted by PNC. The letter freaked me out to begin with. It did not affect my getting the loan for the remainder of the financing-between the trade-in (31k) and 20k down most was already covered. I would recommend Mitchell and Coggin’s Ford

The sales and finance experience was too notch. The service side has been challenging with some issues on the vehicle that should have been caught in the Ford certified preowned process and checklist.
