Jennifer is the right person in the right job. Not only does she know trucks and parts but her positive can do attitude puts the customer at ease. Hers is a high pressure job that requires multi tasking. She juggles with the best of them.

Hector, the Service Representative who handled my early morning appointment, was polite and professional and went out of his way to work with me to remedy the shortcomings of the Coggin Ford Dealership. The 5-Star, Excellent rating is for Hector, not the Dealership. What should have been a 30-minute oil change turned out to be an all-day ordeal. Hector did a fantastic job under ridiculous working conditions. Although I had an appointment at 8:00 am, I wasn't checked in until after 9:00 am. Management put Hector in an impossible situation of handling too many customers after only being on the job a few days. Other representatives were at their desks drinking coffee and talking amongst themselves. While I support camaraderie, my check-in process was running behind, and I needed to get back to work. While Hector was working with two customers ahead of me, other representatives approached Hector's desk. They took check-in numbers for customers that came in after me, which put those customers ahead of me for servicing. The other representatives saw that there was a cue at Hector's desk. Why were they not able to step in and help? Hector should be commended for managing a bad situation created by poor management. To add insult to injury, when I picked up my car around 3:30 pm, I was told the vehicle might have a possible oil leak that should be checked out. So I made an appointment by telephone for the following week. When I arrived for that appointment, the representative (not Hector) asked me if I was prepared to leave the car for three days. I said "what?" I asked her what was the point of making an appointment if I had to leave my car for three days. When I made the appointment, no one told me that. The rep said that appointments are made through a call center in Georgia, and they have no control over that system. She further told me that the shop was super busy. I can appreciate those situations, but those are Coggin dealership issues, not be the customer’s problem. Management should not be piling on appointments they can not handle. Coggin's poor management again caused me considerable inconvenience with no one except Hector seemingly to care. I had taken off work to bring my car into the shop and inconvenienced my wife to pick me up, all for naught. I couldn't leave my vehicle for three days without pre-planning. Now I am further inconvenienced to find a different Ford Dealership. To reiterate, I give Hector a 5-Star, Excellent rating for his professionalism and service. Hector should not be penalized for the dealership's poor management.
