I am very happy with the service that I received from this dealership. My service advisor his name is Ken Thompson. The guy is very knowledgeable and he's very honest. He always kept me informed of everything that was going on. The only thing that I would have a concern with is the total cost of repairs. Dealerships are more expensive than local mom-and-pop shops. However I am very happy with the results of the repairs that were performed on my vehicle.

I recently had a routine service plus a repair of the window tinting done . Ashley did an excellent job of getting me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Since I was waiting, Nick gave me the personal attention I was hoping for to get my window tinting work done swiftly. Very pleased with the service.

Seems like you need more staff at that office. Chaotic and reception seemed bothered with my approach to when I arrived for service appointment. My service manager was out that day and no one to check in with. These ladies certainly shared their level of frustration with their job. Not a great face of the company moment. Service manager I had was great. Did take almost 2 hours for works.

This is a follow up survey to the poor visit I had at the end of March. The customer service director reached out to address the issue and offered a complimentary service. I will call the dealership to schedule the service.

Great service and first time in the Truck service area. Jennifer was excellent in making me feel comfortable and the service was great!!
