I went in just to take a look around, not expecting to buy a car at all. When my saleswoman Kimmy showed me this car that absolutely blew me away, and showed me what i was missing! I am so glad I went in and made the purchase. I've never been happier.

As usual Coggin Ford came through with my vehicle needs! A little slow on help, and there was some confusion, and unorganized between the salesperson and management, but we got it done!

Friendly and professional salesmen and they are not pushy like some dealers I have experienced in the past.

We had a great ride from Ocala to Coggins Jax for service on replacing our rear window tint. knowing we had an appointment was really comforting & we were assured our problem would be addressed. when we arrived, our service advisor was Todd who seemed very confused as to where the tint service personal were & whether they would be available? he explained that I "probably" was talking to a call center & not Coggins. no amount of saying that wasn't true made any difference so I chalked it up to being a girl & old & quit discussing it. So our service finally did get sorted out, the window is clear & no longer a safety hazard & both my husband & I are satisfied that we made a good choice buying our car. But I can't rate a 5 after the initial aggravation. Also, every time we go for service at Ocala Ford, they wash the car, have you stopped this service? That would be very sad.
