Brought the car in for transmission issues and the problem was resolved in a timely manner. Took a few days for a diagnosis but I was patient and understood that there were several cars ahead of me. The advisor notified me daily of what was going on and even when nothing was going on. I appreciated her texts and daily calls. The problem was covered under warranty and it was repaired expediently. I was happy with my overall experience.
