everything great. everyone very courteous and polite. I'll be back

Brought the car in for transmission issues and the problem was resolved in a timely manner. Took a few days for a diagnosis but I was patient and understood that there were several cars ahead of me. The advisor notified me daily of what was going on and even when nothing was going on. I appreciated her texts and daily calls. The problem was covered under warranty and it was repaired expediently. I was happy with my overall experience.

We had Brandon as our salesman! He was very nice and got us out in no time! He heard our wishes and did not mislead us in anyway! We love our 2021 Ford Explorer! Thank you all!
