I had to change my first appointment. It seems coming out at an appointment ment time of 2PM was not feasible for me to wait an hour to just get to the head of the line. An early morning, saying being the 1st works out for me. Other than that, services met the standards.

Very attentive and cordial service advisor. My repair was done with no charge as courtesy. I am very pleased with Coggin Ford and would recommend them to anyone needing a repair on their car.

I am still having issues on my BRAND new Escape Ecosport. There are bubbles in the tint, my screen isn't working all the time and there. The windows are streaked and there are spots on the console and cupholders both front and back. I have a payment due this month and I have only had use of the car for a week. I know Keith Pearson Toyota gives 90 days before the first payment is due (And that is with Community First Credit Union same as my loan)
