Prompt,efficient and fair

I was informed in two separate phone calls that my hundred thousand mile check could be done in 3 hours I got there it turned out no one part of it is an eight-hour job the disappointed have to come back in the next Oil Change to finish the work

Service Advisor Terry Workman was very professional, prompt and kept me up to speed. I observed her able to handle the rush of customers and she appeared to be very efficient. On a separate note, your company had my name incorrectly spelled in your system for almost a year despite my many attempts to have it corrected. Terry was able to immediately edit the system and make the correction. It is this type of problem solving that leaves a lasting impression. Overall, this was a very good visit and I appreciate the job well done!
