Having worked in the service department of a dealership in the past, I was very satisfied with the quality of service.

Both me and my wife decided it was time to trade in our vehicles. We started looking online and after reaching out to a few dealerships between Jacksonville and St. Augustine decided that Coggin Ford was the place. We had continuous contact with our Salesman up until we got there and when we arrived were able to get right to business. The dealership was clean and comfortable. The sales staff were polite and knowledgeable. Both of the vehicles we came to purchase were exactly as they were described and shown online. They gave us very fair offers on our trade in vehicles and were timely in their processing. Paul Henrich was the salesperson that assisted me with the purchase of a 2021 Mustang. I explained to Paul what I wanted for options and he showed me a car equiped with what I wanted. I also explained to Paul that I was test driving vehicles and would make my decision in a week and Paul presented me with an offer but respected my wish and did not attempt to pressure me into buying the car that day. I purchased the car the following day. The way that Paul handled the transaction was greatly appreciated and I would definitely return to Coggin for my future car purchases.

The Team at Coggin took great effort to assist me with the purchase of my new F150. I needed the new F150 with the 3.5L V6 twin turbo to tow my new 5th wheel and the 2021 F150 is the first in its class capable. I am very happy with my new vehicle.
