My family owned a Ford dealership for 62 years. The most important aspect of the car business is not sales - it is customer service because that breeds loyalty. You can get things wrong, but if you show you want to make it right and then do it, you keep your customers. That is what my experience with your service person Hector was. What a great ambassador for customer loyalty you have. Things did not go smooth, but Hector took control and made things right. Ford has a great product - it sells itself. But the dealership has to put the right people in place to be successful and lucrative, and enable them to achieve solutions. Service is where you make your money. Hector is an excellent business and customer service person. He sees the big picture and his efforts were not only appreciated, but admired. You are lucky to have found the right person to represent your company. I will be a returning customer which is what you need for longevity. Thanks for doing a great job for me. Five stars for sure.
