Being my first experience with a dealership, I felt that I should asked more questions. The staff were nice and accommodating, they weren’t pushy up until I got to the financial office. I feel I got talked into a couple things that could have done without. But other than that, it was a valuable learning experience and I am satisfied with what I got.

It seems like they had already done the upgrade but weren't aware of it apparently. That as they didn't perform any corrective actions rather, they verified the work had been done before.

We paid for abs problem diagnosis found out right front wheel speed sensor was malfunctioning. Bought the part for half the price Ford charges on the internet fixed it myself saving the labor charge thanks a lot!
