Service was excellent. Staff was courteous, polite and attentive. I dropped my vehicle off at the scheduled appointment time and when my vehicle was ready, a staff member called me to come pick it up.

Kendall was very professional and let me know that he would make sure that the recall on my Fusion was taken care of. Kendall made sure I had a ride home and back to the dealership. Could not have ask for better service. Thanks Kendal for a wonderful experience. J Mackin
