Getting to this point was a bit of a bumpy road, which is why our last trip only warranted 4 stars. I will say that the manager of the service department, Ed McKeon, really went above and beyond to help us out.

Spencer took good care of me and got my vehicle done efficiently and with courtesy.

Upon arriving, my service advisor was waiting for me. He reviewed what we needed to accomplish, relayed a time frame, and asked if I had any questions. During my wait, he updated me a few times on the status of my work. He was thorough and professional.

They were able to get us in on a next day appointment to get my tire fixed..

I don't usually use a dealership for such work but I have to say that I am happy with the work that was done and the excellent results, and will certainly call on these people again for the if and when. I do think that some of the phone personnel are impatient with questions asked and assume that everyone should understand all the terminology and be able to identify issues presented in photographs. However, getting past this, most everyone was helpful and I do believe the expertise of the work is worth it.

Coggin Ford was on time, and did a great job. On our Ford transit. We use it for service work, for our job. Keeping it maintained is important. Thank you Coggin Ford.
