The wait time was longer than usual. Oil change- the works was performed satisfactorily for a very reasonable price. They performed tire rotation but it looks like the did not inflate the tires. On 9/11/2020, my information center indicated that the tire pressure was low. I had to pump air into the front right hand tire.

Great attentive Service Writer. Did not have headlamp in stock and had to wait three hours. All in all, satisfactory visit, with the exception of having to wait while they sourced a headlamp.

They repaired a problem with the backup camera on my car and then fix a recall that had not been released yet so I would not have to bring the car back in.

Made appointment went for oil change it took longer than expected my service advisor said that was not acceptable an there was no charge. Thats excellent service standards that Coggins follows much appreciated thank you.
