as usual, everything went smoothly, from check in, through the waiting period, and getting back my Escape, every thing was great. I particularly liked the new snack bar in the waiting area. I hope they keep the coffee maker. Ken Thompson runs a tight ship and i always enjoy going to the dealership for service.

I love my new Escape, looks and drive great only wish I could got the color I wanted and an automatic trunk release but otherwise I love it

Oil change and tire rotation was quick and easy. I do wish that the car had been vacuumed.
