It started a bit rocky. Phone system for services doesn’t work; communication is the key to air power. Fortunately, I took the time to visit the service department and Michelle was grateful enough to help me.

There is room for improvement on the communication from the service department to the customer.

I had the best vehicle purchasing experience of my life. Robert Andrews and Mark Dennis were utmost professionals and really made the whole experience top notch. Additionally, Eric Redding made sure the financial portion was smooth and easily understandable.

Had my 10000 mile oil change and vehicle check up. Great job, would also like to point out that a young mechanic found some stabilizers or something in my front springs! Apparently they should have been removed when the vehicle was received.BrazoZulu to him..

FAST AND FRIENDLY

My first time visit to Coggin Ford for service on my 2021 Ford Ranger. Service advisor was great. Wait time not bad. The reason for 4 stars is that the prepaid maintenance plan included tire rotation and that was not done. I had the same problem with the previous dealership I used and had to show them a copy of the plan to resolve. I will be using Coggin Ford in the future
