My experience was very accommodating while dealing with customer service and finance until two weeks later I found out Ford dealership cheated my husband and I. They sold us the wrong car. The finance person Mr. Cory called me in and explained that I was not driving the car they sold me and needed to sell me the correct car. They then sold me the car I had been driving. I asked Cory was the car the same deal I had with the other car because Finance was the same cost. He assured me that the car was not a used car and the car is the exact same type of car. He was wrong. My husband found out the car was less expensive and I paid more a car that I trusted Ford dealership for. When my husband and I approached the dealership located in Jacksonville FL, the Manager recognized the problem and stated ot my husband that I would be paid the difference. They were not very nice to my husband. I have not received a dime and I am experiencing anxiety. Every time I see a Ford I am upset. I trusted them and they lied and treated me!

We found the car we liked and the salesman was courteous, allowing us to decide on our own. We told him we were interested and made a good faith down payment. Three days later we finalized the purchase.
