I had to get a new vehicle because of a car accident that totaled my car. I was still a little injured from the accident and the stress that goes along with having to sort all of that stuff out. I knew I wanted an Escape and was impressed with the dealer and manufacturer incentives online. I called and talked to Paul. I came in and worked with Josh. Both salesmen were friendly and knowledgable. Josh helped me find the right model and looked through inventory when he knew I had vehicle color preference. When it came to the money stuff, it went pretty smoothly as well. I left feeling as though I had a great vehicle at a fair price, and I still love my Escape.
