Had my 2017 F150 serviced and recall work completed. Coggin's service department is absolutely first rate. The work was completed on time and ready for pickup. Coggin's Ford even sent a car to pick me up and taken to their dealership to pick up my clean truck. Totally satisfied with Coggin's Ford , excellent!

My service experience was outstanding! Upon my arrival at Coggin Ford, I was greeted by my service advisor, Ken Thompson, whose reviewed my service request, and sent it back to the techs ASAP. I waited a minimum amount time until the service was completed then was back on the road again. The staff at Coggin Ford is extremely professional beginning with the salesmen (Rob Andrews) on the showroom floor, then F&I (Darlene Tomline) and finally the Service Department (Ken Thompson). I’m a 100% DAV P&T whose injuries make it difficult to communicate clearly and understandably. The Coggin Ford staff in general is outstanding; however, the personnel mentioned “By-Name” made our buying and service experience outstanding! V/r, John F Holland ISCM, USN-Ret
