Was traveling in Jacksonville for the weekend and my truck battery started giving me issues. Since I was still under warranty I wanted to find the closest dealer to get it taken care of. I could tell they were busy and without an appointment they still got me taken care of. They didn’t have my trucks battery in stock so they located one and went and got it. Top knotch service. Dave is the gentleman who helped me and he was great. I was wondering if I could get a copy of my service reciept as I was in a hurry when I picked it up I didn’t grab one. Appreciate it.

Service department is awful, brand new car had engine light on, said the fixed and came on again, total nightmare. GM and Sales Rep were very accommodating however otherwise I would have left and gone elsewhere

Service was great once we got past length of appointment time. I was told by the customer service person that it would take 1-2 hours to replace air bag. When I arrived for the appointment I was informed it would take 8-9 hours to do my year car, so I had to make another appointment. I was not happy about this.

Mr Gamble found a way to work me in after I missed the appointment the day prior and it was urgent as I was about to begin a long road trip... Thank You!!!

Everything about my experience with the service department is positive. David Gaines was the rep handling my car. He kept me informed the entire time.

Service was good👌🏻But price was $140. For 5 minutes worth of work😮 and then wanted $130. For a serpentine belt🤭 that cost me $28. at the local auto parts store😳 and it was also a 5 minute job
