The service was excellent everyone was professional .

The vehicle was at the dealer waiting to be serviced longer than I cared for. The repair service was great but the cashier ran the warranty coverage amount almost $3,000 through on my debit card instead of my costs $699.00 rendering me barely enough money in my checking account from Friday at 4pm until Thursday morning.

The staff was friendly but to get the work done took too long.

Need more efficient means of express service for simple maint. I.e. oil change, tire rotation, etc.. should not have to leave your vehicle nearly all day for simple maint. Service. The service advisors are all helpful and pleasant.

I couldn't find a better Ford representative than Belah that help us through the buying process of our new Ford Explorer Limited. Darlene Tomlin walked us the final stages of the contract. We would like to say Thank You for all there help.

When I came in to get my vehicle and drop it off.... seems like no one greeted me everyone was in their cell phones

I was thankful that my Ford Focus was still under warranty so the transmission could be fixed, but when I picked my car the clock wasn’t working right. I tried and tried to fix it. Finally went to the owners manual and got it to work.
