We brought in our 2000 F-150 for an oil change, and asked the person helping us if the technicians could check over the car as well since we had only bought it a few months ago and we wanted to make sure there were no major issues we were unaware of. The oil change was done in a timely manner, we didn't receive notification of this though because our phone number was misrecorded but we called and picked up the car. The oil change was a fair price and it the techs had left a report on our tires and brakes, but our check engine light was still on and there were no further notes about what we should keep an eye on with the car. The person who took our information had written "the works" for desired inspection, but it seemed more like the oil was changed and the tires were checked. This is our first truck so we were hoping for a little more insight, especially because it is older and has over 200,000 miles on it.

I do have to say that I look forward to the new service department This guy with such a GREAT EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE and how sharp they are at finding the problem and fixing it. GAMBLE has my back when it come to understandings of how the car is suppose to sound like. Thanks outstanding service and follow up.

Was treated great by service representative. Recalls (2) were done in a timely manner. Keep up the good work and don’t let it fall to the wayside like most companies do.

My Ford Focus was among those recalled for a stalling issue. It was fixed much more quickly and efficiently than I expected.
