The service was quick with diagnostics and had the parts in stock. Checked a leaking rear inside dual tire, found fill hose leaking, replaced same. When I picked vehicle up tire was still low. Took to Davis truck tire service for repair. Found new hose leaking and tightened fitting.

While once we dropped off the vehicle the technicians seemed to not have any sense of urgency, the service advisor took care of us and made sure we were happy.

The service is good however Coggin could do more to make the initial drive in and end of serice better. When you drive into the service lane and walk inside to meet your service writer there's no where to sit and its very disorganized. I had the same service writer for five years at Hyundai. Mine seems to change every service appointment. Also two Ford service people were having a heated discussion while I was waiting to pay. They were loud and seemed angry. I thought not professional at all. I may consider another service location.
