My buying experience was good.The sales and service staff were very helpful.I had a problem with my radio not working,and my relays under the hood,inside my fuse box,next to the car battery on the new focus I purchased. The service manager Mr Thompson had the new car,,the ford focus se checked out.Mr Thompson said to me that the car had a module replaced,and that the radio worked fine and the relays were checked. I was given a loaner while my car was in the shop.The service was good.The sales staff and service dept ,maintain phone contact to keep me informed of the status of my car.Thank You for making my buying experience a good one

Coggin Ford is a big, busy place that is currently undergoing significant remodeling but they had my truck done and waiting for me well within the time frame I had requested. The staff, although very busy, made sure to acknowledge me upon arrival and stayed engaged while I was there.

Hello, The service department has done a good job at repairing my vehicles. If they could get rentals to customers when having issues, it would put less stress on the customer.
