I like the complete report with estimated costs provided before working is done. This evolution was challenging with a leak they had an unknown source - was found late in the repair process. The people picking up the car were in Jacksonville, I was in South Carolina. The last detail handled been done until after the vehicle was about to be driven from the facility. The carpet was still soiled from the leak that was found and corrected. The oversight was corrected when it was pointed out. But it took a moment to convince the service rep that the work had not been completed as required. I will return when service is required again. The vehicle operates as if it were new. Thank you.
