Great experience excellent staff

I had an appointment @ 1pm. Got there @ 12:40. I was there until almost 3:30 pm for an oil change. I thought that's what appointments are for. Should've taken less than an hour.

The associates were great! But the wait was really really long due to renovations I was told. We had an appointment set for just an oil change and tire rotation for our 6 month old car and we still had to wait over 2.5 hours!!

Great job, Service Advisor performed a excellent job in promised time. Thank you. But! I replaced my battery due to failure. My original battery had a 10 year warranty, yet because it came with my new car it was only covered for 3 years or 36,000 miles. Sound kinda dumb since it only lasted 4 years. Ford didn't stand behind it's battery warranty. This part that is used every time I sit in the machine! Doesn't make good sense.

My Ford associate followed thru with everything I requested of her.

I’m extremely happy with the Service Dept and the speed and thorough service in reference to the Oil change and tire rotation. I’m thoroughly disappointed with the “free “ car wash. Highly apparent that it was free. I had to go and get a $12 drive thru wash to get rid of the “spotting” all over, glass and body. This wasn’t the first “no cost “ wash, but it’s the first I had to complain about. You owe me $12!

Awesome service. Always a pleasure
