as usual, everything went smoothly, from check in, through the waiting period, and getting back my Escape, every thing was great. I particularly liked the new snack bar in the waiting area. I hope they keep the coffee maker. Ken Thompson runs a tight ship and i always enjoy going to the dealership for service.

Oil change and tire rotation was quick and easy. I do wish that the car had been vacuumed.

Check-in was great, place was clean, everyone had on masks, I was taken care of immediately. Check-out not so great, masks were not being worn by some of the staff, my truck was not located where they told me it was so I walked for several minutes in the heat looking for it and had to come back to the service dept. to discover it was under the canopy 50 feet from the door. When I got into my truck the plastic was still on the seats and the paper floor mat was on the floor, so basically it was not totally ready at that point. No big deal but just thought you would like to know. Thanks

Mark Johnson is helpful quick and he calls you back I hope he will be my Service Writer for a long time. The new service department looks great.

Stop in for an oil change. They took me right in. Very courteous. I have a new 2020 4x4 diesel 250 and they will be doing all the service to it.

Service advisor was knowledgeable and polite. Service work took much longer than expected. Work was completed, and hopefully no more issues. Haven’t had an opportunity to drive long distance yet to ensure all ok. Overall happy with process.
