Great service and friendly staff

The visit on 12/26 was good.but it was the 2nd visit for the Civic red strip wheel recall. First visit was 11/7. That day reportedly some people did not show up for work. I guess in the confusion my paperwork was lost.

We first visited only to test drive a vehicle with the intention of making a purchase at a later date. We advised Alberto Diaz of our plans and he understood. At the end of the test drive, he asked if we would like to find out how much the car would be and just find out a number with no pressure, which we accepted and went in with him. He was considerate and professional and maintained that it was only a number and there was no pressure and gave us a number. We left with that number and came back later that night and were able to include the amount for a trade in which was satisfactory to both parties and made the deal. The whole time Alberto was professional and great to work with both during and after the deal and even the next day when we came back to pick up the floor mats that arrived to put into the new vehicle. Because of Alberto, we will be return customers.
