My experience was great! Max Datii was very helpful and knowledgeable. The first day I went to the dealership I let him know I was there to look around and wasn’t going to make a decision that evening. A few days later he sent me pictures of a 2016 Rav 4 that had very low mileage and while it was over my budget he mentioned that he had other options, but wanted me to see that one in particular because he knew it was a great car. Sure enough it was a great car, in great condition and I couldn’t let it go because having a Dad who owned a car dealership at one point told me that Toyota are for long term and are great cars. I did have an issue with the sunroof after putting the though a car wash, were the water leaked through. I called Max right away and he scheduled an appointment with the service department and they took care of the problem right away. I’m very happy with my car.

Miserable, from beginning to end. Attempted to buy car "online". Email conversations ended abruptly twice. Involved GM and restarted the process a 3rd time, got to a deal on an out the door price; agreed to pick up car next day. Was assured by SM that she would have "best (rate) I qualify for. Arrived to pick up car, assigned to sales person. Got customary demo, but had to wait 4 hours to get to financing. In interim, Salesman asked me to sign 2 different worksheets at same time w/different bottom line numbers - 1 above, 1 below promised price. I looked at him and told him "I'm only signing these b/c they are worksheets to move this along. I've agreed to a price in writing, and that's what I'm paying when I get into finance". It was at that point he knew that I knew he was lying to me, and he became scarce, as did everyone else. Was promised "just a few more minutes" for a couple of hours every time he or others passed by. At one point the Finance Director came out to middle of showroom where I was now pacing, and started asking very basic questions. I stated that now 4 hours in I wasn't starting this process over, and asked where my salesman was? He rolled his eyes at me, said "well you could have just answered me", turned and threw the file at the finance manager I was then assigned to. When finally in finance, it became clear he nor anyone else had yet seen my file, nothing was arranged, and he flipped my financing from AHFC to a bank to get me .01% lower rate. I didn't care, other than that was yet another promise of me getting the lowest rate demonstrably broken. He of course was using the worksheet with the final price higher than what was agreed. I asked him to please take a break, it was clear this had just been (literally) thrown at him, and to just get organized to do it right. He thanked me for that, but then had another person come in and state he was needed on the sales floor for a spanish speaking customer. He's apparently the only bilingual employee there. He again tried to focus but was interrupted once more about his "immediate" need on the floor. The contract wasn't done right, and I was asked to re-sign twice after I left. I don't blame him, nor the salesman who asked me to sign two worksheets with different totals. All of this goes to dealership management, and this process was mismanaged by design from beginning to end.

Very happy to find a crv I wanted and could afford . Buying process was easy staff was courteous Car was not cleaned for me before pickup. Car ride was bumpier than it should have been in parking lots Front right tire pressures was 47 psi cold front left was 42 psi .and tires were not balanced properly A visit to tired plus for tire balancing fixed my issue . But on your work in voice it stated tired were new and wheels balanced.
