The usual (and expected) service was provided. Been having my hondas serviced at Coggin for years and 9.99 times out of 10 all is excellent. David Lee is a well versed and knowledgeable service advisor as was Mike Hernandez prior.

I moved to Jacksonville five years ago and have been having my vehicle serviced at Coggin since then. Although I recently moved to a Honda Dealership much closer, I continue to go to Coggin. The service and the entire team are excellent! I notice many of the staff is the same as it has been for years. This is definitely an indication of a well-managed facility. Last year Kay Thibodeaux joined your team and was my Advisor. I was so glad to see Kay was my Advisor again! I have had a 21-year corporate career in NYC that involved training employees for customer service. Kay is the best! Her service skills are refreshing. She was very attentive to my needs. The concern she displays to customers is not something that can be leaned in a training manual, it is truly a genuine concern. I enjoy observing such skills, especially in today's times. It is because of employees as Kay that I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Coggin. Please thank her again for me.
