Needed rewiring per recall. Car making episodic crackling sounds. Also needed routine oil change and tire rotation.

Scheduled my vehicle to have a headlight replaced. I needed to bring it in before my appointment and I in no way expected them to service it before my appointment time. I was very pleased when I received a call before the appointment time telling me my car was done.

We had the best sales lady. Tetiana made the process fun for us. We really appreciate her work. We usually dread going to dealerships, but this time was very different. We think you could sell a lot more vehicles if you keep hiring people like her.

I made an appt to have my car's oil/filter changed, tires rotated and front-end aligned. It went well. But I remember a few years ago, bringing that same car in, while under warranty, for investigation of the system that warns if a car is too close to the front of my car. The staffer drove my car toward a garage door (ONCE) and the alarm sounded. He said he "had to go with what he knew" and did nothing to my car. That system sounds rarely now. That staffer needs to be terminated.

It was fine. The work necessary was completed in a timely fashion by friendly and courteous staff. They didn’t try to upsale me on anything unnecessary. Waiting room was pleasant, but not super conducive to working in. I appreciated the car wash at the end. Good visit,
