I had a big repair which was very costly. Your whole service department explained everything thoroughly and guided me through the process. Melvin was my service advisor and he was available for any questions. I also discussed the option for trading my car in instead with Alberto Diaz, and he is the best. When I do buy my new Honda, it will be from him.

I’m extremely busy-all the time- with work and whatever else. My lease was coming to an end and I just didn’t have time to weigh my options, but between Gino and Roberto going above and beyond and Roberto staying WELL AFTER HOURS to get me into a new lease I was able to walk out that same night extremely happy.
