While Coggin Honda of Jacksonville is 2 hours away from my home, my experience purchasing my 2025 Honda Pilot was EXCELLENT from start to finish. I have previously purchased 2 Honda Pilots, 2 Civics, and 1 Odyssey from various Honda dealerships in Florida. This was the first time I started the car buying process on the internet and completing it at the dealership.Bridget, Alberto ,and Darien were EXCELLENT. I received the most incredible communications and service from them. They were very professional and thorough with completing the Pilot purchase with Honda Financing.The Coggin Honda of Jacksonville team provided Excellent customer service through and through and definitely this has been the BEST car purchasing experiencing yet.I look forward to purchasing all my future Honda vehicles from Coggin Honda of Jacksonville.

Josh was wonderful. The service was completed on time and swiftly. The customer service was excellent.

They could not do the recall repairs. I was told that it would take days to repair the problem. Since we only have one car, I can not leave my car at the dealership for days. This car has been recalled more time than any other car I owned. Very disappointed!

Jeremy is always very helpful and was able to get me in for an appointment last minute before a long trip. Always appreciate his flexibility and superb customer service.
