We made the appointment with purpose of having the recall done. Though it was not due for an oil change for 4 months we opted to get that done since we live an hour away. When we got there, they told us that they needed to order the parts for that recall! Hello? So, I paid for an oil change that could have waited 4 months and did not get the recall done. Seems they could have told us when we made the appointment that they did not have the parts.

Good service.Only negative was when tires were reported worn (3 are) recommended tire replacements were way too expensive and total OTD price doesn’t even include realignment (as does Arlington Toyota).So I didn’t purchase them bc they were too costly and necessary realignment was extra

I was greeted upon arrival and advised that an advisor would be with me shortly. The advisor assigned to us was with another customer and the other advisor pulled up our information as to why we were there. I was there due to a recall on the seat belt and I was advised it would take longer than 15 minutes. I was told that a driver could take me to my medical appointment and bring me back. I waited comfortably outside for an Uber driver, however, he didn't speak English well but understood enough to get me to my appointment. The recall took less than the time previously advised, as soon as I checked in for my medical appointment I received a call from my advisor (Melvin) who explained that the car was ready. He explained that once I finished my appointment they would have a driver come back, pick me up, and bring me back. Once I returned to the dealership, excellent customer service was provided with an explanation as to what was done with the paperwork, and if I had any questions I could give him (Melvin) a call.
