Seamless trade in and new csr purchase

It was outstanding, as usual Mr. Jeremy Lyle’s was his very helpful with getting new tires on my Ridgeline.

Service was quick and the dealership provide a ride to/from work so I didn't have to sit at the dealership and waste time.

Vehicle i purchased in dec 23 had to be fixed returned three times, dealership accomodated me with a loaner each time and fixed issue which was under certified sold veh. so far my car is running peacefully will see, that was all i wanted not to get stuck on the road

Excellent customer service. I was a bit resentful that I had to pay for a diagnostic and it still takes three visits for my repair to be completed. The purpose of that diagnostic should also be to inventory all the parts that will be needed to complete the service. Otherwise, my diagnostic should be credited as a part of my service. I would've rated this place five stars had my diagnostic bin used as a coupon, because I wasted a lot of time off of work and a lot of hassle since I don't live near the service place.
